ADHD Coaching
Living with ADHD can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. ADHD Coaching offers practical tools and strategies to help those with ADHD improve focus, organization, and performance—as well as ongoing support for caregivers.

ADHD Coaching is a supportive approach designed to help those with ADHD and their caregivers manage everyday challenges more effectively. Instead of focusing on medication alone, coaching builds practical techniques for improving attention, organization, and follow-through. It can be used on its own or as part of a comprehensive treatment plan.
-
ADHD Coaching is available in three primary forms: weekly support for those with ADHD, weekly support for caregivers, and seasonal camps (often during the winter and summer months). All three formats focus on identifying specific challenges and developing personalized strategies for meeting them—including time management, organization, prioritization, and focus.

ADHD Coaching can benefit children, teens, and adults who want to build stronger routines and improve day-to-day functioning—with or without medication. It’s especially helpful for those who struggle with managing time, completing tasks, or staying organized at home, school, or work. It is also helpful for caregivers looking to support and reinforce progress.
